Cancellation policy 

We understand life is busy.  As are we. 

If you are unable to make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can reschedule your visit & allow someone else to take your spot.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for your appointment.

Security Policy

No credit card information is stored by us. All transactions are processed via a Commonwealth banking terminal.  

All files are stored according to professional industry standards. Encrypted, password protected  cloud storage is used to protect your privacy, although we are unable to guarantee this.

Customer Service Policy

Our aim is to provide you with practical, healthy and cost effective diet & lifestyle alternatives from a knowledgeable and experienced source that you can trust. We always aim to provide prompt delivery of our products however, If for any reason I am unable to dispatch your order I will notify you within two business days. I will endeavor to reply to your questions and concerns at my earliest convenience .

Refund Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchased products, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we 

will be pleased to replace your product.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.90 AUD. Please allow for 7 working days for your product to be delivered. Delivery is available Australia wide only. Products will not be shipped outside of Australia.
