I have been a qualified and registered Naturopath since 2013. I am a wife & a mother of two. I grew up in the UK with a standard unhealthy diet and it wasn’t until I began to study naturopathy that I began to understand the power our diet and lifestyle has upon our health.

I see the role of natural medicine in health care increasing, as chronic illnesses such as mental illness, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, obesity continue to grow exponentially. Modern medicine has been amazing in treating acute illness and disease. Natural medicine's strength lies in avoiding and treating chronic illnesses.
